Let me introduce myself
Born in Athens/Greece,mother, former dance performer, pedagogue and certified teacher in Hatha-Yoga method of Eva Ruchpaul. Being one of the first yoga teachers in Europe back in the 90’s, I have been transmitting this method on an international scale with great motivation.
After years of an intensive study on sports, dance improvisation and performing arts, I was so grateful to discover the practice of yoga bien tempéré. The technique that inspired me to fuse my previous knowledge of physical awareness with the teachings of yoga, breathing and mindfulness. Thankful to my mentor, Eva Ruchpaul for the solid understanding of the science of hatha-yoga.
In 1992, I founded the school of yoga bien tempéré in Vienna, Austria. Since then, I am offering on a regular basis immersions, retreats as well as facilitating a 3- years training program in cooperation with Ruchpaul’s Institute in Paris, France.
Saluting with gratitude an awesome community of practitioners that supports and inspires my journey as a yoga mentor in all those years.
With great enthusiasm and infinite joy, I have been facilitating for the past 33 years, retreats, masterclasses, artistic events and educational programs.
My teaching approach focuses on a genuine way of sharing yoga. Each class allows a deep release to the intuitive intelligence of the body. An invitation to pause and feel the body’s wisdom, and the flow of inner power that leads to mastering one’s life.
My students witness yoga bien tempéré as the vehicle to self-confidence and self-awareness that promotes psychosomatic transformation with long lasting effects.
I am fascinated by how this impactful yoga method empowers us to become a better version of ourselves each time. We learn how to surrender with tranquility to the tides of life evolving consciously towards emotional, physical and mental wealth.
