Founded in France in the early 60’s by Eva Ruchpaul, this method offers a revolutionary interpretation to the fundamentals of hatha yoga.  Subtle, pure and vividly elegant, the method Ruchpaul creates a fascinating bridge between the world’s ancient traditions and the western way of thinking & living.

In this method nothing is “faux”. No fake practices, no fake promises. It’s not about fancy mats or props.
