• One yoga session lasts from 60 to 75 min
• Reserved appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the hours booked will be billed in full.                  
• Paid courses workshops and seminars will be charged if you will not be able to come.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before training is due to start.
• Depending on which yoga block validation is up to  3 months after the date of issue.
• Block units, courses, workshops and seminars must be paid in full in advance.
• The unit card must be signed before the start of the session.
• For organizational reasons a change of trainer may be unavoidable.
• Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and clean cotton socks.
• If one of the participants in a duo class cancels the lesson can take place if paid in full.

Health information

• Before starting a course please contact your doctor to ensure that hatha-yoga practice is a suitable form of training for you.
• Inform your trainer about any old or new injuries, especially about contra-indications of the spine (e.g. prolapsed discus, slipped disc, discus protrusions etc.)
• The Studio and Teachers cannot be held responsible for any injuries which may occur during training or staying in the studio.

Fees and Payment 

You agree to pay the fees suggested  and any other charges described in our agreement. You acknowledge that you will pay in full prior to the start of the services.

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow for cancellations or refunds of any kind. Should you decide at any point that you no longer wish to participate, you do so with the complete awareness that you will not receive compensation of any sort or a refund in any amount.

On the one hand, this website uses cookies which are necessary for the correct technical function of the website (e.g. session cookies and a cookie to “remember” the acknowledgement of the cookie message). These cookies do not contain any personal data whatsoever. As regards the related use of data of your browser or terminal device, we refer to the respective privacy policies of the providers, since they are required for the corresponding data processing.

Server Logs

Each time you access this website, your visit is stored in a server log for a limited period of time with the following data:

•  IP address of the visitor
• Name of the accessed file, website parameters, and amount of data transferred
• Date and time of access
• Notification whether access was successful

These data are used exclusively to verify system security (Article 6 para.1 lit. f) GDPR). No personal evaluation or profile creation are carried out.  Nevertheless, we reserve the right to evaluate your IP address and forward it to the corresponding authorities in case of attacks against our Internet infrastructure.

Content data

The data you enter through forms (e.g. in a contact form) are stored exclusively for the purpose of the respective processing (communication contact). We make sure that the latest technology is used to protect these data against unauthorised access by third parties. These data are not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Individuals under the age of 14 may only transfer data to us with the consent of the respective parent or guardian.

Your rights as data subject

You have the right to access, copy, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates valid data protection laws, or you suspect that your rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority. The responsible authority in Austria is the Datenschutzbehörde (Data Protection Authority).
